Privacy policy

KÖMÜR uses your personal data only to fulfil orders, run your account and meet legal requirements.

What we store

• name, surname, phone, e-mail;
• delivery addresses;
• orders, payment statuses and KÖMÜR POINTS operations;
• sign-in dates and IP address (for security).

Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash. Card data is never stored on our site: card payments are made on the Epoint payment page.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared with the courier and the payment service only as far as the order requires, and with authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies to remember your cart, language and sign-in. Analytics cookies run only with your consent.

Your rights

You can change your data in your account. To delete your account and data, contact us.
