Public offer terms

This page sets the terms for placing an order on komur.az (public offer). By confirming an order you accept them.

Order

An order is accepted once the form on the site is filled in and confirmed, and it gets a number. The store may contact you to confirm availability and order details.

Price and payment

The price is the one shown on the site when the order is placed. Payment is in cash or by card (Epoint). A card order counts as paid only after the payment service confirms it. A KÖMÜR POINTS discount is subtracted from the order total.

Cancellation and returns

To cancel an order or return a product, contact us. Returns follow the consumer protection law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
